Fit Approach, a fitness community that strives to help women achieve their health and fitness goals through tips, techniques, stories and laughter is thrilled to announce a special Sweat Pink bootcamp at the Blogher conference in San Diego on Saturday, August 6.
If you’re going to Blogher, or will just happen to be in San Diego on August 6, join us for a us for a free, fun, motivational workout. Not only will we get in shape together, we’ll also be handing out tote bags chock full of healthy goodies (which of course will feature our fave CrispRoot chips)!
We’ve got a bootcamp to fit all schedules that day:
We’ll meet at the basketball courts in Embarcadero Marina Park South–conveniently located right behind the convention center. The basketball courts are to your left as you walk from the convention center toward the ocean.

About that time a squirrel ran frantically across the porch with a chip in his mouth.
Sea salt apparently is his flavor of choice……..

“Snack”. What a fun little word… and awfully hard working, too. After all, how many words pull double duty like “snack” does? Yes, “snack” is a noun – as in, “CrispRoot BBQ flavor chips make a great snack.” But, it’s also a verb… Haven’t you ever said, “I want something to snack on!”? (more…)

Wow. What a great time to be a sports fan.
First off, how about the NBA Finals that just wrapped up? The Heat thought it was a done deal when they went up two games to one, in fact, so did a lot of the “experts” on all the sports channels. But, what came next was like what Gomer Pyle used to always say to Sgt. Carter… Surprise, Surprise, Surprise! So, where’d you sit on this one – bummed that the Heat couldn’t (more…)
