Fit Approach, a fitness community that strives to help women achieve their health and fitness goals through tips, techniques, stories and laughter is thrilled to announce a special Sweat Pink bootcamp at the Blogher conference in San Diego on Saturday, August 6.
If you’re going to Blogher, or will just happen to be in San Diego on August 6, join us for a us for a free, fun, motivational workout. Not only will we get in shape together, we’ll also be handing out tote bags chock full of healthy goodies (which of course will feature our fave CrispRoot chips)!

We’ll meet at the basketball courts in Embarcadero Marina Park South–conveniently located right behind the convention center. The basketball courts are to your left as you walk from the convention center toward the ocean.

Fun and fascinating, with a deep sense of history… Indonesia is not just about the cassava root, not by a long shot – and being as every CrispRoot chip is made from that Indonesian food staple, that’s a big thing for us to admit! But admit it we most gladly do, and to prove it we thought we’d put up a list of some of our favorite parts of Indonesia, in case you ever get a chance to check out that very cool part of the planet we all share.

We just received a notice from one of our CrispRooters in Colorado that front porches are no longer a safe place to leave your grocery bags unattended!
Last week, Allyson W. had loaded a couple of reusable grocery bags with her favorite cassava chips.
All items were sitting on the front porch for her to move into the garage for quick and easy access.
That is when she noticed one of the bags had been ripped open.
About that time a squirrel ran frantically across the porch with a chip in his mouth.
Sea salt apparently is his flavor of choice……..

“Snack”. What a fun little word… and awfully hard working, too. After all, how many words pull double duty like “snack” does? Yes, “snack” is a noun – as in, “CrispRoot BBQ flavor chips make a great snack.” But, it’s also a verb… Haven’t you ever said, “I want something to snack on!”? (more…)

Wow. What a great time to be a sports fan.
First off, how about the NBA Finals that just wrapped up? The Heat thought it was a done deal when they went up two games to one, in fact, so did a lot of the “experts” on all the sports channels.
