We had the privilege to meet Tess Masters, at an annual conference gathering more than 3500 bloggers in San Diego this August.
Australian Actor, Presenter, VO Artist, Cook & Writer, she is also known as The Blender Girl. On www.healthyblenderrecipes.com, she shares quick, easy, allergy-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, raw, sugar-free recipes all made in a blender, mixer or food processor.
It took us less than a second to fall in love with her cute Australian accent and her delightful personality. So you can imagine how happy we were when she offered us to create a special dip recipe to go with our chips!

Fun and fascinating, with a deep sense of history… Indonesia is not just about the cassava root, not by a long shot – and being as every CrispRoot chip is made from that Indonesian food staple, that’s a big thing for us to admit! But admit it we most gladly do, and to prove it we thought we’d put up a list of some of our favorite parts of Indonesia, in case you ever get a chance to check out that very cool part of the planet we all share.

We just received a notice from one of our CrispRooters in Colorado that front porches are no longer a safe place to leave your grocery bags unattended!
Last week, Allyson W. had loaded a couple of reusable grocery bags with her favorite cassava chips.
All items were sitting on the front porch for her to move into the garage for quick and easy access.
That is when she noticed one of the bags had been ripped open.
About that time a squirrel ran frantically across the porch with a chip in his mouth.
Sea salt apparently is his flavor of choice……..

Wow. What a great time to be a sports fan.
First off, how about the NBA Finals that just wrapped up? The Heat thought it was a done deal when they went up two games to one, in fact, so did a lot of the “experts” on all the sports channels. But, what came next was like what Gomer Pyle used to always say to Sgt. Carter… Surprise, Surprise, Surprise! So, where’d you sit on this one – bummed that the Heat couldn’t (more…)
