Growing up in Java, I enjoyed cassava in many forms–baked, mashed and boiled. But I especially loved them fried up into crispy chips! When I grew up, I dreamed about those delicious cassava snacks that I enjoyed in my childhood.
My passion for healthy foods took me on a quest to make my own, healthier version of those chips. I created thick, ridged chips that taste and look like the crunchy, hearty chips I loved dipping into home-made relishes as a kid.
Since we grow our cassava sustainably on our family farm in Java, I carefully nurture every aspect of the chip making process, from tree to your table, and of course, I make sure there is absolutely nothing artificial in the food, ever. CrispRoot chips make snacking an unadulterated pleasure.
