I saw a stat the other day that stated the number of overnight stays in National Parks is declining.  This brings out mixed emotions.  On one hand, that’s kind of sad.  On the other, if crowds are down, what a great time to pack up and visit one… (more…)

Happy belated 4^th of July, Y’All.  A day late, but better late than never, right?  I hope everyone had fun, ate some great summer-holiday type food – healthy, hopefully, since there’s more and more healthy good tasting options out there – and then watched an awesome fireworks display. (more…)
